摘  要:目的建立同时检测火锅底料中10种工业染料的超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法。方法火锅底料样品通过乙腈超声提取后,经EMR-Lipid小柱净化,被测染料用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18反相色谱柱分离。以甲醇-0.1%甲酸-1mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测。结果10种工业染料的线性相关系数(r)均大于0.99,回收率在74.2%~115.7%之间。方法精密度小于7.0%,最低检出限(LOD)为0.4~7.5μg/kg。结论建立的方法操作简单、灵敏准确,适合于火锅底料中10种工业染料的定性与定量分析。Objective To develop an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for simultaneous determination of 10 industrial dyes in hotpot condiment. Methods The hotpot condiment samples were extracted with acetonitrile ultrasonically, then purified with EMR-Lipid column, and finally the dyes in the sample solution were separated on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 reversed-phase chromatography column. Methanol–1 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0.1% formic acid was used as mobile phases for gradient elution, and multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode was used for detection. Results The correlation coefficients(r) of 10 industrial dyes were all greater than 0.99, and the recoveries were within the range of 74.2%-115.7%. The precision of the method was less than 7.0%, and the limits of detection(LOD) ranged from 0.4 to 7.5 μg/kg. Conclusion The developed method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 10 industrial dyes in hotpot condiment.
