摘  要:目的基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)教学理念,探索适合临床医学专业公共卫生课程的教学模式。方法将某医学院校临床医学专业三年级本科生以班级为单位随机分为两组,一组采用传统教学模式,另一组采用OBE教学模式,通过形成性与终结性评价和问卷调查的结果,反映两种教学模式下学生的学习效果。结果OBE教学模式组在对公共卫生课程的学习目标认知(X^(2)=9.011,P=0.003)、学习兴趣(Z=10.680,P0.005)、总体满意度(Z=8.574,P=0.014)、学习效果(Z=7.194,P=0.027)、申报课题(X^(2)=4.646,P=0.031)、撰写发表论文(X^(2)=7.913,P=0.005)与期末考试成绩(t=2.742,P=0.019)等方面均优于传统教学组,且差异有统计学意义。结论OBE教学模式有助于提高临床医学专业学生公共卫生课程的学习效果,为学生更好地掌握公共卫生知识,具备公共卫生服务能力提供科学依据。Objective To explore the advanced teaching mode of public health course for clinical medicine undergraduates based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept,in order to improve the students’understanding and practice ability of public health course.Methods The clinical medicine undergraduates in a medical college were randomly divided into two groups by cluster random sampling method.One group used the traditional teaching mode and the other used the OBE teaching concept.To reflect the learning effect of the two teaching modes by formative assessment,summative assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The OBE teaching mode group was superior to the traditional teaching group in the awareness(X^(2)=9.011,P=0.003)and satisfaction(Z=8.574,P=0.014)of public health courses,learning interest(Z=10.680,P=0.005),self-assessment of learning effects(Z=7.194,P=0.027),apply forscientific research project(X^(2)=4.646,P=0.031),writing and publishing papers(X^(2)=7.913,P=0.005)and final exam grade(t=2.742,P=0.019),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion OBE teaching mode is helpful to improve the learning effect of public health course for clinical medicine students,it provides scientific basis for students to better grasp the knowledge of public health and have public health service ability.
