摘　　要：基于150余篇人才培养相关文献的统计分析,发现影响中医人才培养的因素繁多,且诸类问题综合作用,直接导致培养的中医人才素质不高,最终体现为中医临床能力下降。对此,文章结合现有问题及未来发展趋势,提出了创新培养模式及改革路径,以期为中医药院校教育提供积极有益的参考。Based on the statistical analysis of more than 150 literatures on talent training,it is found that there are many factors affecting the training of TCM talents,and the comprehensive effect of various problems directly leads to the low quality of TCM talents,which is finally reflected in the decline of TCM clinical ability.In this paper,combined with the existing problems and future development trends,the paper puts forward the innovative training model and reform path,in order to provide a positive and beneficial reference for the education of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
