摘　　要：初中阶段是学生身心发展的重要阶段,该阶段的学习生活对学生形成良好的道德品质产生着巨大影响。在素质教育的背景下,德育是学校推动学生全面发展的有效途径。班主任作为班级学生的管理者和引导者,应当引用科学高效的教育方式,落实好德育工作,帮助学生形成正确的思想价值观念。The junior high school stage is an important stage in the physical and mental development of students.The study and life at this stage have a huge impact on the formation of good moral qualities of students.In the context of quality ed‐ucation,moral education is an effective way for schools to promote the overall development of students.As the manager and guide of class students,the head teacher should apply scientific and efficient education methods,implement moral education work,and help students form correct ideological values.
