摘　　要：培养拔尖创新人才是素质教育和人才战略的关键。文章分析了目前动物科学专业拔尖创新人才培养中存在的问题,以浙江农林大学新动科人才的培养模式为例,探讨了培养模式和考核体系等多方面的改革措施,以期为新动科拔尖创新人才培养模式的构建提供思路。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the key to quality education and talent strategy.In this study,the current problems in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in animal sciences were analyzed,and taking the training mode of new talents in the Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,the reform measures in various aspects were discussed,such as the training mode and the assessment system,aiming to provide ideas for the construction of cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents.
