摘 要:受益于我国医疗改革工作的进展,绩效考核体系已经成为医院开展日常工作的关键。绩效考核通过建立科学的考核指标、考核体系,对医疗机构绩效情况实施评估,亦可将评估结果作为绩效分配的依据,通过构建科学合理的医院绩效考核体系,可促进医院管理工作的展开,亦可提高医院人力、财力资源管理效果,从而推进医院各项工作的稳步发展,故本文就医院绩效考核指标体系构建的原则、重要性、程序等进行论述,而后结合医院实际情况构建科学、合理的绩效考核指标体系,以期为医院管理人员工作提供参考,进而促进医院管理质量的提升。Benefiting from the progress of my country’s medical reform,the performance appraisal system has become the key to the daily work of hospitals.Performance appraisal can evaluate the performance of medical institutions through the establishment of scientific appraisal indicators and appraisal systems.The appraisal results can also be used as the basis for performance distribution.By constructing a scientific and reasonable hospital performance appraisal system,it will not only help the development of hospital management,but also it can also improve the management effect of the hospital’s human and financial resources,thereby promoting the steady development of the hospital’s various tasks.Therefore,this article discusses the principles,importance,and procedures of the hospital’s performance evaluation index system,and then combines the actual situation of the hospital to construct a scientific,a reasonable performance appraisal index system is expected to provide a reference for the work of hospital management personnel,thereby promoting the improvement of hospital management quality.
