摘　　要：价值链视角下企业参与职业教育动力不足的原因在于:合作育人的多重属性,混淆了企业责任与利益的关系;人才培养质量不高,企业的价值回报不足;价值回流不均,企业利益得不到有效保障。解决这种动力不足的对策包括明确责权关系、提高价值回报、建立补偿机制。From the perspective of value chain,the reasons for the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in vocational education can be summarized as follow:the multiple attributes of cooperative education confuse the relationship between corporate responsibility and interests;the quality of personnel training is not high and the value return for enterprises is insufficient and uneven,and the interests of enterprises can not be effectively protected.The countermeasures include clarifying the relationship between responsibility and right,improving the implicit value return and establishing the value compensation mechanism.
