国内护理硕士专业学位领域的知识图谱分析及对中医护理硕士专业的指导

摘　　要：目的了解国内护理硕士专业学位领域研究的热点以及发展趋势,为日后该领域发展提供参考,同时对中医护理硕士专业进行指导。方法检索国内护理硕士专业学位研究的文献,文献来源于中国知网,发表时间为2000年6月1日—2020年6月1日。以Vosviewer和Cite Space 5.6. R5软件为研究工具,探索学科领域演化的关键路径及知识转折点,运用Vosviewer进行主题词及关键词共现分析,绘制关键词共现图谱和关键词密度图谱,利用Cite Space软件的time-line、time-zone功能所绘制关键词图谱并进行聚类分析,以形成对护理硕士专业学位研究演化潜在动力机制的分析和学科发展前沿的探测。结果护理硕士专业学位领域的研究已经稳步发展,总体呈上升趋势且越来越受重视,发文量较多期刊为护理研究。高产作者为曾兢,孙宏玉等研究学者。节点较大的是护理硕士、专业学位、护理教育、课程设置等。结论国内对护理硕士专业学位的研究起步较晚,近年来该领域发文量总体呈上升趋势,高产作者为曾兢,朱京慈等研究学者,课程设置和护理教育可能成为该领域的研究热点,未来的发展趋势可能是护理人才建设和应用。国内未来护理研究是中西医结合之路,中医护理专业可以借鉴国内外西医护理的经验和技术,并且不断发展自身,这样可以更好地为健康中国服务。Objective To understand the research hotspots and development trends in the field of nursing master’s degree in China and provide reference for the future development of this field. Methods The domestic literature on professional degree of nursing master was searched,which was published from June 1,2000 to June 1,2020. With Vosviewer and Cite Space 5. 6.R5 software as research tools,the key path and knowledge turning point of discipline evolution were explored. Vosviewer was used to analyze the co-occurrence of medical subject headings and keywords,and the co-occurrence maps and density maps of keywords were drawn. The time-line and time-zone functions of Cite Space software were used to draw the keyword maps and carry out cluster analysis,so as to analyze the potential dynamic mechanism of the evolution of nursing master’s degree research and explore the frontier of discipline development. Results: The research in the field of nursing master’s degree has developed steadily,showing an overall upward trend and getting more and more attention. The journals with a large number of articles are nursing research. High-yielding authors are ZENG Jing,SUN Hongyu and other researchers. The major nodes are nursing master’s degree,professional degree,nursing education,curriculum and so on. Conclusion The research on nursing master’s degree started late in China. In recent years,the number of articles published in this field is generally on the rise. The high-yielding authors are ZENG Jing,ZHU Jingci and other research scholars. Curriculum and nursing education may become the research focus in this field. The future development trend may be the construction and application of nursing talents. Future nursing research in China is the way of integrating Chinese and western medicine. TCM nursing specialty can learn from the experience and technology of western medicine nursing at home and abroad,and constantly develop itself,so as to better serve healthy China.
