河北省城乡职业教育发展:失衡、原因及对策

摘　　要：河北省城乡职业教育在基本办学条件、专业布局、校企合作、教师队伍建设、人才培养质量等方面存在失衡现象,农村职业教育办学经费投入不足、政府对城乡职业教育发展统筹协调力度有待加强、人事制度改革有待进一步深入等是导致城乡职业教育失衡的主要原因,加强政府统筹、完善职业教育体系、深化农村职业教育改革是解决城乡职业教育失衡问题的重要措施。Urban and rural vocational education in Hebei province features in imbalances in basic conditions,professional layout,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching teams and education quality.The point is that the investment in vocational education is insufficient,while the governmental coordination out of place,and deepening of reform on personnel system is inefficient in rural areas.Therefore,the countermeasures are offered in strengthening governmental coordination,improving the vocational education system,and deepening of the reform on rural vocational education.
