摘 要:部分高职院校理实一体化教学团队建设存在建设机制缺乏系统性、团队成员协作缺乏全力性、培训培养缺乏针对性、专兼融合缺乏稳定性、团队建设成效评价缺乏特色性等问题。为适应1+X证书制度的需求,文章提出高职院校应从优化团队结构、建设团队文化、健全团队建设效果评价体系、提升培训针对性、拓展校企合作等方面加强建设,实现理实一体化教学团队的科学协调发展。There are some problems in the construction of theory-practice integrated teaching team in some higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of systematical construction mechanism,the lack of all-out cooperation among team members,the lack of pertinence in training,the lack of stability in the integration of full-time teachers and part-time teachers,and the lack of characteristics in the evaluation of team construction effect.In order to meet the needs of 1+X certificate system,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction from the aspects of optimizing the team structure,building the team culture,perfecting the team construction effect evaluation system,enhancing the training pertinence,expanding the school-enterprise cooperation and so on,so as to realize the scientific and coordinated development of the theory-practice integration teaching team.
