摘 要:针对大中口径火炮的自动装填系统和补弹系统,设计了一种具有半自动补弹功能的取弹装置。利用虚拟样机技术,分别对该取弹和补弹装置在自动装填和补弹2种工况下的工作过程进行分析,得出各个部件之间动力学关系曲线。由仿真结果可知,该套装置在取弹和补弹过程中各个机构工作有序,能够平稳地将弹丸运输到位;对应的补弹机构亦能够实现对弹丸的锁紧定位,顺利地完成与取弹装置的弹丸交接工作,为火炮的自动装填系统提供了新的设计思路。A new mechanism was designed for the transport of projectiles which is used for the ammunition automatic loading and reloading of a large and medium caliber artillery.On the basis of the three-dimensional model,the virtual prototype was established to analyze the working process of the structure,and the dynamic relationship between the components.According to the analysis of the simulation results,the mechanisms of device work in an orderly and reliable manner and can transport the projectile into the right place.The reloading structure can realize the function of locking the projectile and can also complete the projectile handover with the projectile fetching device.The projectile fetching device is compact in structure and works in an orderly and reliable manner.It provides a new design idea for the self-loading system of artillery.
