《内经》“辛以润之”思想临证运用探析

摘　　要：“辛以润之”的思想最早见于《内经》,认为辛味药可以开腠理、致津液、通气化而治疗燥证。临床将辛味药运用于外感病、口干症、糖尿病、脾胃病等疾病过程中出现的口干、口渴、皮肤干燥、便干尿少、筋脉拘急等相关干燥症状的治疗效果颇佳,拓展了“辛以润之”的内涵。The idea of“using pungent medicines to moisten dryness”was fi rst proposed in Neijing,believing that pungent medicines can open the striae,induce body fl uid,promote qi transformation to treat the dryness syndrome.They are clinically applied to the treatment of dry mouth,thirst,dry skin,dry stool,oliguria,spasms of tendon and ligament and other related dryness symptoms during the course of exogenous diseases,xerostomia,edema,diabetes,spleen and stomach diseases,etc.The clinical eff ect turns out to be quite good,which expands the connotation of the idea.
