摘 要:协同教学在教学创新方面具有明显的优势,通过教学团队的协同教学,实现优势互补、协同发展,推动教学改革和教学质量的提升。该文通过对协同教学的内涵界定及协同教学的特征分析,梳理归纳协同教学模式的基本类型,提出了基于网络教学团队的协同教学模式及协同教学策略,并对协同教学实践中的一站式团队模式、横向和纵向资源共享及个性化学习推荐等问题进行了反思及探讨。Collaborative teaching has obvious advantages in teaching innovation.Through the collaborative teaching of teaching team,the complementary advantages and collaborative development can be realized to promote teaching reform and teaching quality.Based on the definition of the connotation of collaborative teaching and the analysis of the characteristics of collaborative teaching,this paper summarizes the basic types of collaborative teaching model,and puts forward the collaborative teaching model and the collaborative teaching strategy based on the network teaching team,this paper also discusses the problems of one-stop team model,horizontal and vertical resource sharing and personalized learning recommendation in collaborative teaching practice.
