摘　　要：探讨了医学检验专业人才创新思维能力培养对策。论述了我国医学检验人才队伍培养现状,表现在理论基础不够扎实,实践操作能力不高,科研创新精神有待提高。分析了制约创新型医学检验人才培养的原因,提出了医学检验专业人才创新思维能力培养对策,从而培养出一批思维能力强且医学检验专业素质高的综合性人才。The research explores the countermeasures of creative thinking ability training of the professional talents of Medical Examination Major,and discusses the training situation in China,such as the not sound theoretical basis,not high practical operation ability,and the need of the improvement of scientific research innovation ability.Then the research analyzes the causes of the restriction of medical examination talent training of the new type,and proposes the countermeasures of the training ability to train a batch of comprehensive talents qualified with strong thinking ability and high quality of medical examination.
