静脉输液安全防护流程在感染科护理临床教学中的运用

摘　　要：目的探究静脉输液安全防护流程在感染科护理临床教学中的运用过程及临床效果。方法择取该院2018年6月一2020年2月两个年度感染科实习护士156名,按年度不同分为对照组(78名)和观察组(78名),对照组采取传统静脉输液流程临床教学,观察组在对照组基础上采取静脉输液安全防护流程临床教学,对比两组实习护士在静脉输在液过程中不良针刺情况发生率、教学效果及静脉输液考核。结果观察组实习护士刺伤情况的发生率6.41%(5/78)明显低于对照组37.18%(29/78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士教学效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士静脉输液分项考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉输液安全防护流程有效减少静脉输液操作中不良针刺情况发生,提高实习护士自身专业操作能力和防护意识,保障实习护士在感染科实习的安全性。Objective To explore the application process and clinical effect of intravenous infusion safety protection process in the clinical teaching of infection department nursing.Methods 156 intern nurses in the Department of Infectious Diseases were selected from June 2018 to February 2020 in the hospital,and were divided into control group(78 cases)and observation group(78 cases)according to the year.The control group received traditional intravenous infusion in the process of clinical teaching,the observation group adopted the clinical teaching of intravenous infusion safety protection process on the basis of the control group,and compared the incidence of bad acupuncture situation,teaching effect and intravenous infusion assessment of the two groups of practice nurses during intravenous infusion.Results The incidence rate of stab wounds among trainee nurses in the observation group was 6.41%(5/78)which was significantly lower than 37.18%(29/78),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching effect of trainee nurses in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the practice nurses in the observation group had higher results in the intravenous infusion sub-item assessment than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous fluid safety protection process can effectively reduce the occurrence of bad acupuncture in the operation of intravenous infusion,improve the professional operation ability and protection awareness of the practice nurses,and ensure the safety of the practice nurses in the Department of Infectious Diseases.
