摘  要:立德树人、价值引领是工匠精神培养和课程思政改革的共同要求。高职院校工匠精神培养与课程思政改革具有内在契合性,工匠精神培养是课程思政改革的主要内容,课程思政改革为工匠精神的培养提供了有效途径。高职院校课程思政改革的实践要针对工匠精神融入进行系统设计,以提升教师工匠精神培养能力为核心,同时要以学徒制培养和工匠文化塑造为抓手。Moral education and value guidance are the common requirements of craftsman spirit cultivation and curriculum ideological and political reform.The cultivation of craftsman spirit is inherently consistent with the curriculum ideological and political reform in higher vocational colleges.The cultivation of craftsman spirit is the main content of the curriculum ideological and political reform,and the curriculum ideological and political reform provides an effective way for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The practice of curriculum ideological and political reform in higher vocational colleges should be systematically designed for the integration of craftsman spirit,with the core of improving teachers ability to cultivate craftsman spirit and apprenticeship cultivation and craftsman culture shaping as the starting point.
