摘 要:采用整群抽样法,从迪庆7所中学体质测试数据中抽取10951名初三学生的体质健康测试数据作为研究资料。结果男生的肺活量、50m跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、1000m跑与引体向上不同民族间差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);女生的肺活量、50m跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈与仰卧起坐不同民族间差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论不同民族学生体质发展存在着差异,应加强汉族、藏族、纳西族、彝族学生的耐力与柔韧练习。Objective:to understand the physical health status of junior middle school students from 5 ethnic groups in Diqing Prefecture,and to provide a basis for the promotion of physical health in Diqing Prefecture middle schools.Methods:the cluster sampling method was used to extract the physical fitness test data of 10951 junior middle school students from the physical test data of 7 middle schools in Diqing as the research data.Results:male vital capacity,50-meter running,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,1000-meter running and pull-ups were significantly different among different ethnic groups(all P<0.05);female vital capacity,50-meter running,standing long jump,There was a statistically significant difference between sitting posture and sit-ups among different ethnic groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in the physical development of students of different ethnic groups.The endurance and flexibility exercises of students of Han,Tibetan,Naxi and Yi ethnic groups should be strengthened.
