摘 要:传统国有企业的薪酬体系大多体现为一种与职务、职级紧密相连的薪酬管理体系,一般通过职务晋升来实现薪酬水平的提升,表现为一种“窄带薪酬”。而“宽带薪酬”体系是现代企业人力资源管理体系中薪酬管理的重要方法之一,它主要应对企业组织结构的扁平化、柔性化,一般通过员工个人技能和能力的提高来实现薪酬水平的提升。对国有物流贸易企业宽带薪酬体系的应用研究,可以探索发现国有企业薪酬管理体系改革发展的路径,为国有企业薪酬管理体系变革提供可借鉴的经验。The traditional salary system of state-owned enterprises is a kind of salary management system,which is closely related to position and rank.Generally,the salary level is promoted through the promotion of position,which is a kind of"narrow band salary".And the"broadband salary"system is one of the important methods of salary management in the modern enterprise human resources management system.It mainly deals with the flat and flexible organizational structure of the enterprise,generally through the employees'personal skills and ability to achieve the improvement of the salary level.The research on the application of broadband salary system in state-owned logistics and trade enterprises can explore the reform and development path of salary management system in state-owned enterprises,and provide valuable experience for the reform of salary management system in state-owned enterprises.
