摘 要:20世纪70年代起源于美国的弹性福利计划,在满足企业员工的个性化需求、控制福利成本、提高员工满意度等方面展现出了独到的优势,作为人性化的福利制度,是民营企业福利体系的最佳选择。论文以弹性福利计划为研究对象,在详细系统挖掘我国民营企业福利制度现状和现有问题的基础上,对将其引入我国民营企业进行了深入分析,围绕如何推行弹性福利管理模式展开了初步探索,提出民营企业构建和实行弹性福利计划的可行性建议,以期为我国民营企业实行员工弹性福利计划提供一定的借鉴与参考。The flexible welfare scheme originated in the United States in the 1970s has shown unique advantages in meeting the individual needs of enterprise employees,controlling the welfare cost and improving employee satisfaction.As a humanized welfare system,it is the best choice for the welfare system of private enterprises.Taking the flexible welfare scheme as the research object,based on the detailed and systematic analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the welfare system of China's private enterprises,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of introducing it into China's private enterprises,makes a preliminary exploration on how to implement the flexible welfare management mode,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for private enterprises to construct and implement the flexible welfare scheme,so as to provide some reference for China's private enterprises to implement employee flexible welfare scheme.
