摘 要:目的:将实时虚拟口腔教学系统(CDS)应用于全冠修复牙体预备的实验教学,以期调动学生的学习积极性,提升实践操作技能水平。方法:将80名口腔医学院2016级本科生随机分为4组,每组20人,应用实时虚拟口腔教学系统(CDS-100)对其进行全冠修复牙体预备的实验教学,用CDS-100对学生操作过程和结果进行分数评估,课后进行问卷调查,以评估教学效果。使用SPSS 20.0统计分析软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:80名学生均完成了全冠预备的数字化教学与问卷调查,学习兴趣浓厚,认为实时虚拟口腔教学系统有助于提高临床操作技能。结论:实时虚拟口腔教学系统得到了学生的高度认可,调动了学生的学习兴趣,提升了学生的全冠牙体预备操作技能水平。Objective:The Computerized Dental Simulator(CDS)was applied to the experimental teaching of the tooth preparation for full crown restoration teeth in order to improve students’learning enthusiasm and practical operation skills.Methods:80 undergraduate students of Grade 2016 of the Stomatology College were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 in each group.The real-time virtual oral teaching system(CDS-100)was used to carry out the experimental teaching of the preparation of full crown restoration teeth.CDS-100 was used to evaluate the operation process and results of the students.After class,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:All the 80 students completed the digital teaching and questionnaire survey of full crown preparation.They thought that the CDS was helpful to improve their clinical operation skills and showed strong interest in learning.Conclusion:The CDS is highly recognized by students and is helpful to improve their learning enthusiasm and operation skills of the tooth preparation for full crown restoration.
