摘  要:为提高学生的自主学习能力及评判性思维能力,本研究将以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)和临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)相结合的教学模式应用到脊柱骨科临床实习教学中,并与传统带教方法进行对比研究。研究结果表明:PBL联合CP教学模式在脊柱骨科实习带教中具有十分重要的价值,该方法不仅使实习生了解并掌握脊柱骨科重点的单病种疾病,同时能够使学生系统学习脊柱骨科重点专科知识,培养临床思维及批判性思维,对于学生自主学习能力的提高也具有促进作用。In order to improve students’autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability,this study applied the teaching mode combining the PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method and CP(clinical pathway)to the clinical practice teaching of spinal orthopedics,and compared it with the traditional teaching method.The results showed that the PBL combined with CP teaching mode in the practice teaching of spinal orthopedics is of great importance in the process of clinical teaching.This method not only enables the interns to understand and grasp the key diseases of spinal orthopedics,but also enables them to systematically study the key professional knowledge of spinal orthopedics,so as to promote the improvement of students’cultivating clinical thinking and critical thinking,as well as autonomous learning ability.
