摘　　要：近年来,各高等学校申办专业不断增多,有效扩大了学校的专业覆盖面和学生的选择度。如何保障新办专业的专业内涵和育人质量,高水平的教师队伍是首要条件。结合实际,从新办专业教师队伍在数量、结构、能力建设、专业化发展等方面存在的问题入手,提出引进专业人才和团队、强化团队创新能力建设、增强教师教育教学能力、提升青年教师综合素质、提高教师队伍管理机制建设水平等对策。In recent years,colleges and universities have been bidding for an increasing number of specialties,effectively expanding the professional coverage of colleges and universities and the choice of students.Qualified teaching staff is a primary factor to guarantee education quality of newly established specialties.Based on the actual situation,the authors identified problems of teaching staff in terms of number,structure,ability construction,and professional development,and then corresponding solutions were suggested:bring in professionals and teams,strengthen the innovation ability of the team,enhance teaching ability,improve the overall quality of novice teachers,and optimize the management mechanism.
