摘　　要：目的探讨巴林特培训对低年资护士焦虑抑郁情绪及职业倦怠影响。方法研究于2018年10月-2018年12月随机选取在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院工作的低年资临床护士96名,按照随机数字表分分为研究组48例,对照组48例,干预前采用SAS、SDS、MBI量表对两组护士进行心理测评,研究组护士进行巴林特小组培训,1次/2周,共4次,对照组采用常规护理培训方式,于8周后再次采用SAS、SDS、MBI量表对两组护士进行心理测评。结果 (1)两组护士在一般资料比较上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)培训前两组护士SAS、SDS量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过培训后两组护士SAS、SDS量表评分比培训前明显降低,但研究组降低更明显,两组差值比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P <0.01);(3)培训前两组护士MBI各因子评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后两组护士MBI量表的情感衰竭、去人格化评分明显降低,但研究组降低更明显,两组的差值比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论巴林特小组培训可以减轻低年资护士的焦虑抑郁程度,减低职业倦怠感。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Balint training on anxiety, depression and job burnout of junior nurses.Methods From October 2018 to December 2018, 96 junior clinical nurses working in the people’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region were randomly divided into research group(n=48)and control group(n=48). Both groups were psychologically evaluated with SAS,SDS and MBI scale before intervention. The research group were trained with Balint group once every 2 weeks and amounted for 4 times,while the control group was trained with routine nursing training. After 8 weeks, Both groups were psychologically evaluated with SAS, SDS and MBI again. Results(1)No statistical significance was found on the general data.(2)There were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups before training. After training, the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups were significantly lower than those before training, but the research group decreased more. There was a significant difference between the two groups.(3)There was no significant difference in the scores of MBI between the two groups before training. After training, the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of MBI scale of nursesbetween the two groups decreased significantly, but the research group decreased more, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Balint group training can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of junior nurses and reduce job burnout.
