摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法联合情景教学法对医院护士感染知识培训效果的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月江西省靖安县中医院的40名护士作为研究对象,依据盲抽法分为对照组(19名)与观察组(21名)。对2组护士进行医院感染知识培训,对照组行常规教学法,观察组行以问题为基础的教学法联合情景教学法,比较2组护士的培训考试成绩及护理满意度。结果教学后,2组理论知识、行为能力、操作技能成绩均较教学前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士采用以问题为基础的教学法联合情景教学对护士进行医院感染知识培训,可有效提高护士培训考试成绩,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based approach combined with situational approach on the training of hospital nurses’infection knowledge.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,40 nurses in Jing’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,which were divided into control group(n=19)and observation group(n=21)according to blind sampling method.In the control group,the training of nosocomial infection knowledge was carried out by routine teaching method,and the observation group received the training of nosocomial infection knowledge by problem-based teaching method.The training test scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,behavioral ability and operational skills in the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of nosocomial infection knowledge by using problem-based teaching method combined with situational teaching can effectively improve nurses’training test results and improve patients’nursing satisfaction.
