摘 要:目的:探讨幸福课团体干预对大一新生抑郁症状的效果。方法:选取流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)评分≥16分的大一新生193人,随机分配至幸福课组(n=95)和常规授课组(n=98)。幸福课组接受团体干预,每周1次,共持续12周。分别于基线、12周干预结束时、干预结束后6月施测CES-D、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、希望特质量表(TTHS)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)。结果:重复测量方差分析结果显示,各评分组间主效应、时间主效应、分组×时间交互作用均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。进一步简单效应分析显示,12周干预结束时,幸福课组CES-D评分低于常规授课组,GWB、TTHS、CDRISC评分均高于常规授课组(均P<0.05);干预结束后6月,幸福课组CES-D评分低于常规授课组,TTHS、CD-RISC评分均高于常规授课组(均P<0.05)。幸福课组12周干预结束时CES-D评分低于基线,干预结束后6月低于12周(均P<0.001);常规授课组各时间点两两之间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:幸福课团体干预有利于大学新生提高总体幸福感、增加希望特质、提升心理韧性,从而减少抑郁症状的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of group intervention of happiness class on depressive symptoms in freshmen.Methods:Totally 193 freshmen with Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression(CES-D)score of≥16 were randomly assigned to the happiness class group(n=95)and routine teaching group(n=98).The happiness class group received group intervention once a week for 12 weeks.The CES-D,General Well-Being Schedule(GWB),Trait Hope Scale(TTHS)and Conmor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were measured at baseline,12 weeks and 6 months after intervention.Results:Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the main effect,time main effect and group×time interaction were statistically significant(Ps<0.001).Further simple effect analysis showed that the CES-D scores werelower in the happiness class group than in the conventional teaching group at the end of the 12 week intervention,while the GWB,TTHS and CD-RISC scores were higher in the happiness class group than in the conventional teaching group(Ps<0.05).Six months after the intervention,the CES-D scores were lower and the other scores were higher in the happiness class group than in the conventional teaching group(Ps<0.05).In the happiness class group,the CES-D scores were lower at the end of the 12 week intervention than at baseline,and lower at 6 months after intervention than at the end of the 12 week intervention(Ps<0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point in the conventional teaching group(Ps>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that group intervention of happiness class is beneficial to college freshmen to improve their overall well-being,increase their characteristics of hope,and enhance their psychological resilience,so as to reduce the occurrence of depression.
