摘  要:作为复合型创新人才培养的重要平台,教育部重点实验室是新工科建设的重要保障。新工科的建设也需要新型的实验室作为支撑,新工科必将对实验室建设产生深远影响。结合生物流变科学与技术教育部重点实验室发展现状,从提升实验室的研究水平与贡献、提升研究团队建设、改革教育教学模式、加强国际合作与交流4个方面,探讨新工科背景下实验室应对人才培养创新变革的关键策略,以期为教育部重点实验室开展新工科建设提供借鉴和参考,从而为具有新工科高素质复合型的卓越人才培养提供坚实的支撑和保障。As an important platform for the cultivation of compound innovative talents, the key laboratory of the ministry of education is an important guarantee for the construction of new engineering. The construction of new engineering also needs new laboratory as support, and new engineering will have a profound impact on the construction of laboratory. According to the current development situation of key laboratory of biorheological science and technology of ministry of education, four aspects were discussed in this paper about the key strategies in facing on innovation and reformation of talents cultivation of laboratory, i.e., improving the research level and contribution of the laboratory, enhancing the construction of research team, reforming education and teaching mode, strengthening international cooperation and exchanges. These may provide references for the laboratory to carry out the new engineering construction, and provide a solid support and guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality compound talents with new engineering.
