摘  要:生态学实验是生态学理论与实践相结合的纽带,但易受到时间、空间、设备等限制,生态学实体实验的开设具有一定的局限性。为了提高学生的综合创新和科研实践能力,以氮素循环实验为例,运用虚拟仿真技术,将虚拟仿真实验与实体实验相结合,构建基于虚实结合的生态学实验教学体系。该教学体系基于以虚补实、以虚促实、虚实结合的实验教学理念和思路,从实验方案构建、教学方式、考核指标及体系特色等方向进行阐述。实践表明,该教学体系拓展了实验的时间和空间,丰富了实验教学资源,可加深学生对于理论知识的理解,增强学生的学习兴趣和创新意识,解决学生实验受时空和地点的限制问题,显著提高了教学质量和效果。Ecological experiment is a link of ecological theory and practice,but may be limited by time,space and equipment.In order to improve the innovation ability and scientific research ability of students,taking the nitrogen cycle experiment as an example,through the virtual simulation technology,an ecology experiment teaching system based on the combination of virtual and real is constructed.The system is based on the experimental teaching concept of“supplementing the real with the virtual,promoting the real with the virtual and combining the real with the virtual”.The system is described from the aspects of experimental program construction,teaching methods,assessment indicators and system characteristics.Practice show that the teaching system expands the experimental time and space,enriches the experimental teaching resources,deepens the students’understanding of the theoretical knowledge,strengthens the students’learning interest and innovation consciousness and solves the problem that the students’experiment is limited by the time and place,and significantly improves the teaching quality and effect.
