摘 要:目的:以李子为试材,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)和^(60)Co-γ辐照处理对李子贮藏期果实品质的影响。方法:考察了1-MCP(1μL/L熏蒸处理)结合^(60)Co-γ辐照(1.5 kGy)处理对李子贮藏期的腐烂率、失重率、硬度、丙二醛、相对电导率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C含量以及活性氧代谢相关CAT、POD和SOD等酶的活性的影响。结果:1-MCP结合^(60)Co-γ辐照处理能够有效抑制李子贮藏期腐烂率、失重率的升高,保持较好的果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C含量,抑制丙二醛和相对电导率的增加,提高CAT、POD和SOD酶的活性。结论:1-MCP结合^(60)Co-γ辐照处理能够有效延长李子采后贮藏期。Objective:The effect of 1-MCP and^(60)Co-γirradiation on the quality of plum during postharvest storage was investigated.Methods:In this study,the plum was treated with 1.5 kGy^(60)Co-γirradiation,and then was fumigated with 1μL/L 1-MCP.The rot ratio,water loss ratio,malondialdehyde content,relative conductivity,total soluble solids content,titratable acid content,V C content,CAT and POD,and SOD of activity were to reveal the effect were measured.Results:The results showed that 1-MCP combined with^(60)Co-γirradiation treatment could effectively inhibit rot and water loss ratios and maintain hardness,total soluble solids,titratable acid and V C content.Consequently the malondialdehyde content increasing and relative conductivity were delayed.The activities of CAT,POD and SOD were significantly increased.Conclusion:1-MCP combined with^(60)Co-γirradiation treatment can effectively maintain the storage quality of the plum and then prolong its shelf life.
