摘  要:发展职业本科教育是近些年备受关注的热点问题。纵观近当代职业教育150余年发展轨迹,完善现代职业教育体系使发展职业本科教育成为必然。从现有实践来看,职业本科教育试点主要存在合办、转型、升格或转设为职业技术大学三种模式,各地各院校在实践中积累经验同时也遇到"办什么""谁来办""怎么办""怎么评"等多重问题与困惑。稳步发展职业本科教育,要坚定不移走类型特色发展道路,科学处理好既有政策延续性和未来政策创新性、有效性之间的关系,把握好中央统筹与地方、院校多路并举创新实践之间的张力,合力推动职业本科教育高标准、高起点、高质量推进。Developing vocational undergraduate education has been a hot topic in recent years.Throughout the 150 years of development of modern and contemporary vocational education,improving the modern vocational education system makes it inevitable to develop vocational undergraduate education.From the current practice,the pilot vocational undergraduate education mainly has three modes:co-establishment,transformation,upgrading or transferring to a vocational technical university.Colleges and universities in various places have accumulated experience in practice,but also encountered multiple problems and puzzles,such as"what to do","who to do","how to do"and"how to evaluate".To steadily develop vocational undergraduate education,it will unswervingly take type characteristic development road,scientifically deal with policy continuity and the relationship between the future policy innovation and effectiveness,grasp the tension between the central plan as a whole and local multiplex,and colleges and innovative practice,and together promote vocational undergraduate education’s high standard,high starting point,and high quality.
