摘 要:目的院前心肺复苏能有效提高心跳骤停患者的存活率,非洲绝大部分都处于不发达地区,医疗卫生水平很低;同时由于各种原因,非洲很多地区的安全危险因素远高于全球其他区域,因此很多在非洲工作的外资机构人员都有接受现场心肺复苏培训的要求和必要。方法依据非洲当地条件,对4个驻非洲中资机构131人进行现场心肺复苏培训,分成多媒体教学组(Multi组)和情景教学组(Scene组),培训结束后,使用心肺复苏规范化培训简化评分表,现场考评打分比较两种培训方法效果。结果两组培训人员之间年龄没有差异,传统多媒体组普遍接受教育层次较高,但是情景设计教学的得分明显高于传统多媒体组,尤其是需要规范操作的胸外按压模块,情景设计教学组培训效果更好。结论针对不同层次非专业医护人员,有效利用情景设计教学方法,能极大提高现场心肺复苏培训的效果。Objective Prehospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest.Most of Africa is in underdeveloped areas,and the medical and health level is very low;At the same time,due to various reasons,the security risk factors in many regions of Africa are much higher than those in other regions of the world.Therefore,many foreign-funded institutions working in Africa have the requirements and necessity to receive on-site CPR training.Methods According to the local conditions in Africa,131 people from four Chinese funded institutions in Africa were given on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.They were divided into multimedia teaching group(multi group)and scene teaching group(scene group),At the end of the training,the simplified score table for standardized training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was used to evaluate the effect of the two training methods.Results There is no difference in age between the two groups.The traditional multimedia group generally has a higher level of education,but the score of situational design teaching is significantly higher than that of the traditional multimedia group,especially the chest compression module which needs standardized operation.The training effect of Situational Design Teaching Group is better.Conclusion For different levels of non professional medical staff,the effective use of scenario design teaching method can greatly improve the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
