摘  要:社会的高速发展对专业性技术人才的要求越来越高,不仅要求技术型人才具备过硬的技术本领,同时还要有正确的德育教育策略。文章中笔者根据职业院校学生及教学特点,对如何提高职业院校学生的德育教育提出了许多建设性的意见,新课改背景下的德育教育应以让学生享受到更高质量的德育教育,为社会输送更优质的技术人才为目的,深刻落实到职业院校的教学的点点滴滴中,进而培养出适应社会市场与经济发展的服务、生产、管理等人才。The rapid development of society requires more and more professional technical talents,which not only require technical talents to have strong technical skills,but also to have correct moral education leaders.In the article,the author puts forward many constructive suggestions on how to improve the moral education of vocational college students based on the characteristics of students and teaching in vocational colleges.Moral education in the context of the new curriculum reform should allow students to enjoy higher-quality moral education.For the purpose of delivering more high-quality technical talents for the society,moral education is deeply implemented in the teaching of vocational colleges,and then cultivates service,production,management and other talents that adapt to the social market and economic development.
