摘  要:目的:探讨"线上+线下"混合教学模式在医学诊断学的应用价值。方法:选取2020年疫情期间五年制大三学生为实验组,选取去年同期线下教学的五年制临床医学本科学生为对照组。教师授课时使用"腾讯会议"软件,采用PBL教学模式,采用终末考试成绩的办法,对比两组学生的教学成绩。评估教学效果的办法是采用学生的终末考试成绩。结果:共完成4个五年制临床医学专业班级221人的线上课程,教学期间,未发现学生早退,缺席等现象。所有人均参与考试,与去年同期线下教学对比,线上教学组和线下教学组段考、期考及终末成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"线上+线下"混合式教学模式的实施能调动学生的积极性,能培养学生的临床思维能力和实践能力,保证教学质量。Objective:To explore the application value of"online+offline"mixed teaching mode in medical diagnostics METHODS:During the epidemic period in 2020,the five-year junior students were selected as the experimental group,and the five-year undergraduate students of clinical medicine who were taught offline in the same period last year were selected as the control group.The teachers used the software"Tencent Conference"to teach the class,adopted the PBL teaching mode,and compared the teaching performance of the two groups of students by using the method of final examination results.The effectiveness of teaching is measured by the students’final examination results.Results:A total of 2215-year clinical medicine students in four classes were enrolled in online courses.During the teaching period,none students were found to leave early or be absent.All participants participated in the exam.Compared with the offline teaching in the same period last year,there was no statistical significance in the results of the section exam,final exam and final exam between the online teaching group and the offline teaching group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of"online+offline"mixed teaching mode can arouse students’enthusiasm,cultivate students’clinical thinking ability and practical ability,and ensure the teaching quality.
