摘 要:随着企业信息化管理水平的提高,ERP软件的核心技术以及应用领域都在不断的提高和扩展。以市场实际需求为基础,对学生设定能力培养和适应企业岗位为的目标,进行基于OBE理论的ERP实践课程的教学改革。首先从教学目标上进行学科分类,培养目标的改革;之后进行实践教学体系改革;最后是实践课程考核方式的改革。通过对一系列实践课程的改革,让学生感受到ERP在企业发展过程中的重要性,激发学生的积极性和创造性,培养学生适应企业,解决问题的能力,也为ERP实践课程的改革提供思路。With the improvement of enterprise information management level,the core technology and application fields of ERP software are constantly improving and expanding.Based on the actual needs of the market,the teaching reform of ERP practice course based on OBE theory is carried out with the goal of cultivating students’ability and adapting to enterprise positions.Firstly,we should classify the subjects and reform the training objectives;After that,the practice teaching system is reformed;Finally,it is the reform of practice curriculum assessment.Through the reform of a series of practical courses,students can feel the importance of ERP in the process of enterprise development,stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,cultivate their ability to adapt to enterprises and solve problems,and provide ideas for the reform of ERP practical courses.
