临床路径联合目标教学在手术室护理带教中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的分析临床路径联合目标教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年8月在该院手术室进行护理实习的护生58名,按不同带教方法分为对照组(29名,在传统护理带教法下进行手术室护理实习)和观察组(29名,在临床路径联合目标教学法下进行手术室护理实习)。对比两组护生考试成绩、护理实习效果、评判思维能力及带教满意度。结果观察组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩和学习展示成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的手术室护理基本工作职责及流程掌握、常见中小手术护理要点掌握、常见中小手术配合熟练度、无菌观念、风险意识、职业防护意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的分析能力、求知欲、开放思想、认知成熟度、系统化能力、寻求真相能力等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的护理带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径联合目标教学法具有提高手术室护理带教教学质量,提高护生考试成绩、护理实习效果和带教满意度的应用效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical path combined target teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods 58 cases of nursing students who were undergoing nursing practice in the operating room of the hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group(29 cases,operating room nursing under the traditional nursing teaching method)and observation group(29 cases,performing nursing practice in the operating room under the clinical path combined target teaching method)according to different teaching methods.Compared the two groups of nursing students'test scores,nursing practice effect,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.Results The observation group's nursing students'theoretical scores,operating scores,and learning performance scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing students had basic operating room nursing responsibilities and procedures,common small and medium-sized operations,and common small and medium-sized operations surgical cooperation proficiency,sterility concept,risk awareness,and occupational protection awareness were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing students'analytical ability,curiosity,open thinking,cognitive maturity,systematic ability,and seeking truth ability were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing students'satisfaction with nursing education in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path combined target teaching method can improve the teaching quality of nursing teaching in the operating room,improve the examination results of nursing students,the effect of nursing practice and the application effect of teaching satisfaction.
