摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生的课程思政认知与专业认同的相关性。方法采用整群抽样法选取广州某高校二年级护理本科生50人,于2019年12月使用课程思政认知问卷和护理专业认同问卷进行调查。结果学生的课程思政认知和专业认同总得分分别为(3.03±0.48)和(3.50±0.55)分。86.0%的学生认为有必要开展课程思政,84.0%~86.0%学生认为已开设的专业基础课的课程思政量合适,课程思政满意率为98.0%。学生的课程思政认知与专业认同呈正相关(r=0.767,P<0.001)。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、专业志愿决定者、课程思政必要性认识、课程思政量感受、思政量满意度情况下的专业认同得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,自己选择护理志愿及对课程思政认知较好的学生其专业认同度较高(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生的课程思政认知较好,但专业认同有待提升;加强学生对课程思政必要性的认识、适量开展课程思政并提高学生满意度有助于提高护理本科生的专业认同;护理教育者尤需关注非自己选择护理专业学生的专业认同教育。Objective To explore the correlation between the curriculum ideological cognition and professional identify of nursing undergraduates.Methods A cluster sampling method was conducted to select 50 sophomore nursing undergraduates of a university in Guangzhou.The nursing curriculum ideological cognition and professional identity were measured by curriculum ideological cognition questionnaire and nursing professional identity questionnaire in December 2019.Results The total scores of curriculum ideological cognition and professional identity of the students were(3.03±0.48)and(3.50±0.55)points.The result showed 86.0%participants claimed curriculum ideological education was necessary,and 84.0%-86.0%of them reported the quantity of curriculum ideological education was appropriate.Moreover,the satisfaction rate of curriculum ideological education was 98.0%.Curriculum ideological cognition was positively correlated with professional identity(r=0.767,P<0.001).The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the professional identification scores under different gender,professional volunteer decision makers,awareness of curriculum ideological and political necessity,curriculum ideological and political experience,and ideological and political satisfaction(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that participants who volunteered to major in nursing and had better curriculum ideological cognition got higher professional identity scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates′curriculum ideological cognition is better,whereas their professional identity need to be improved.Enhancing the awareness of the necessity of curriculum ideological cognition,carrying out curriculum ideological education appropriately and improving students′satisfaction is beneficial to enhance nursing undergraduates′professional identity.Nursing educators should pay more attention to students who major in nursing involuntarily to improve their professional identity in the future.
