摘  要:目的建立微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定重庆市野生食用菌中6种铂族元素(101Ru、103Rh、189Os、105Pd、193Ir、195Pt)的方法。方法试样经微波消解,140℃赶酸,1%HNO_(3)定容后ICP-MS测定。结果 6种元素在0.05 ng/ml~2.0 ng/ml具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999 8);钌、铑、钯、铱、铂元素的方法检出限分别为0.5μg/kg、0.5μg/kg、1.0μg/kg、0.5μg/kg、0.5μg/kg。锇元素加标回收率为0%,除锇元素外,5种铂族元素的平均回收率在84.9%~111.9%,RSD≤14.7%;对109个野生食用菌中铂族元素的含量测定,所测试样中5种铂族元素含量均低于检出限。结论本方法灵敏度高、准确性好、分析速度快,适合野生食用菌中5种铂族元素的测定,实际样品分析发现,重庆市野生食用菌未受到铂族元素污染。Objective To developed a method for the determination of 6 platinum group elements(101Ru,103Rh,189Os,105Pd,193Ir,195Pt) in wild edible mushroom grown in Chongqing by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The samples were digested by microwave,acid-driven at 140 ℃,and determined by ICP-MS after1% HNO3 volume determination.Results The method had a good linear relationship in range of 0.05 ng/ml-2.0 ng/ml,and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 8 for 6 PGEs,the detections limites of 101Ru,103Rh,105Pd,193Ir,195Pt were 0.5 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of 5 PGEs were with 84.9%-111.9%.Except for osmium element(Os),the recovery of osmium element was 0%,the relative standard deviation was below 14.7%,and the contents of 5 PGEs in 109 samples were below their limits of detection.Conclusion The developed method is sensitive,accurate,and fast.It is suitable for determination of 5 PGEs in wild edible mushrooms.The analytical data show that the wild edible mushrooms in Chongqing is not contaminated by platinum group elements.
