摘 要:文章建立了一种利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定茶叶中百草枯含量的方法。茶叶样品使用甲醇-0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液(3:7, V/V)提取,经Poly-sery MCX柱净化后用超高效液相液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定。在5~100μg/L浓度范围内,百草枯的线性良好(R2=0.9991),方法定量限为0.01 mg/kg。在0.01、0.02和0.3 mg/kg的添加水平下,不同茶叶的百草枯回收率为81.4%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~5.6%。最终建立了一种准确、快速、高灵敏度的测定方法,且测定结果满足各项质控要求。A method for determining paraquat in tea by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) was developed in this article. Tea sample was extracted by 0.1 mol/L MeOH-HCl solution(3:7, V/V). After being purified by Poly-sery MCX, the sample was examined by UPLC-MS/MS. Between 5 and 100 μg/L, the linear curve of paraquat fitted well. The limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg/kg. Under 0.01 mg/kg, 0.02 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg addition level, the recoveries of standards were in the range of 84.4% to 93.5%. The relative standard deviations were 2.1% to 5.6%. All the data proved that an accurate, fast and highly sensitive method for determining paraquat in tea was established, with the results fitted all quality control requirements.
