Beige adipocytes partly improved glucose intolerance of BAT-denervated mice

摘　　要：Beige adipocytes are emerging as an interesting issue in obesity and metabolism research.An important question is whether beige adipocytes have same functions as brown adipocytes.Therefore we did surgical denervation(DN)of bilateral BAT to examine the specific function of beige adipocytes.Cold exposure(CE)and CL316243(CL)treatments were used to generate beige adipocytes currently.Our data showed that significant levels of Uep1 mRNA and protein were detected in BAT of mice in DN+CE and DN+CL groups.
