摘  要:Endometrial cancer is the fourth most frequent neoplasia i women worldwide,and the molecular mechanisms involved in the etiology and pathogenesis continue to be investigated.Isoliquiritigenin(ISL),an important flavonoid isolated from Glycyrrhizae radix,possesses a wide range of pharmacological properties such as antioxidant,antiinflammatory,antitumor and immunoreg ulatory activities.This study aimed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of ISL on the proliferation and apoptosis resistance of Ishikawa endometrial carcinoma cells.
