摘  要:为了解决商用车驾驶过程中转向力矩跟踪精度不高,反馈给驾驶员的路感出现偏差与滞后问题,通过选取两轴商用车二自由度车辆模型对Trucksim内置阻力矩的计算进行推导,采用高精度正交编码传感器对方向盘转角进行解析,将解析后的前轮转角通过CAN(controller area network)发送器发送到LabVIEW的CAN接收模块,借助转向系统实验台实现LabVIEW与Trucksim的联合仿真。结果表明,LabVIEW通过控制PXI(PCI extensions for instrumentation)驱动伺服电机产生的模拟地面转向阻力矩能够很精确地跟踪上Trucksim输出的前轮地面转向阻力矩,并且及时反馈给驾驶员适当的路感,为商用车转向系统助力的设计提供依据。In order to solve the problem of low steering torque tracking accuracy during commercial vehicle driving,and the deviation and lag of the road feeling feedback to the driver,the calculation of Trucksim's built-in drag torque was derived by selecting a two-axle commercial vehicle with two degrees of freedom vehicle model.The cross-coded sensor analyzed the steering wheel angle,downloaded the analyzed front wheel angle to dSPACE and sent it to the CAN receiver module of LabVIEW through the CAN transmitter,and realized the joint simulation of LabVIEW and Trucksim with the help of the steering system experiment platform.The results show that LabVIEW can well track the front wheel ground steering resistance torque output by Trucksim by controlling the simulated ground steering torque generated by PXI,and feedback to the driver with appropriate road feeling,providing a basis for the design of commercial vehicle steering system assistance.
