摘  要:通过GB/T 27630—2011的VOC测试方法,对多种车型1年内的乙醛散发结果进行研究,发现同一车型的乙醛发生量随季节变化而变化。经过分析数据、参考相关的研究结果,认为该现象是由于不同季节的温度和湿度不同而导致的,并通过实验进行了部分验证。同时还发现,在同一季节,不同车型的发生量也有所不同,除了原材料本身的发生量以外,气密性对整车发生量的影响度也非常高,通过实验验证了气密性与发生量呈负相关。The VOC test method of GB/T 27630—2011 is used to study the acetaldehyde emission results of various vehicles in one year,it is found that the acetaldehyde emission of the same vehicle type changes with the season.After analyzing the data and referring to the relevant research results,it is considered that the phenomenon is caused by the different temperatures and humidities in different seasons,and is partially verified by experiments.At the same time,it is also found that in the same season,the acetaldehyde emission of different vehicle types is also different.In addition to the influence of the raw materials,the influence of air tightness on the emission is also very high.The experiment verifies that the air tightness has a negative correlation with the emission.
