公共卫生人才培养的实践困境与破解策略--基于岳阳市预防医学专业人才需求的调研分析

摘　　要："健康中国2030"建设对我国公共卫生人才培养提出了更高的要求,新冠肺炎疫情给我国公共卫生服务体系带来了更大的冲击和挑战。文章依据来自岳阳市职能管理部门、公共卫生行业一线的相关数据,对公共卫生人才培养过程中存在的问题和短板,提出相关破解策略,以期给地方高职院校的预防医学专业人才培养提供参考与借鉴。The construction of"Healthy China 2030"has set higher goals for public health talents cultivation in China.The pandemic of COVID-19 has brought greater impacts and challenges to the public health service system in China.In order to understand the current situation of public health talents cultivation,our research team adopted various methods of investigations and research,such as sampling,interviews,etc.Relevant data from functional management departments of Yueyang City and the front line of the public health system was collected.Through research methods like literature research and questionnaire survey,relevant data from investigation and research was scientifically analyzed,existing problems and shortcomings in the process of cultivating public health talents were found out,and relevant solving strategies were proposed,in hope of offering reasonable suggestions to the professional talents cultivation for preventive medicine in local higher vocational colleges.
