基层三级综合医院全科专业基地临床教学建设的探索

摘　　要：自十九大报告提出“要加强全科医生队伍建设”,全国推广全科医师培训刻不容缓。全科专业基地是全科医师的摇篮,提高基地临床教学能力建设,提高住院医师规范化培训全科培训水平,方能培训出高质量的优秀全科人才。本研究主要介绍了揭阳市人民医院全科专业基地近两年完善教学制度、分步健全师资队伍、通过深化学员管理、切入PBL及情景模拟临床演练等教学方式探索及实践,学员培训初见成效。Since the 19th CPC National Congress report urged efforts to“strengthen the ranks of general practitioners”,it is imperative to promote the training of general practitioners in China.The general practice professional base is the cradle of the general practitioners.In order to train excellent general practitioners with high quality,the construction of the clinical teaching ability of the base and the standardized training level of the resident doctors need to be improved.This article mainly expounds on the teaching exploration and practice of Jieyang People’s Hospital’s general professional base during the past two years and the hospital’s effort to improve the teaching system and the teaching staff step by step,deepen the management of the trainees,and explore teaching methods of PBL and scene simulation teaching.The training has thus scored preliminary results.
