产教融合背景下职业指导教师专业化发展路径探究

摘　　要：职业指导教师专业化发展对塑造大学生职业素养,实现职业教育高质量发展,促进社会经济转型升级具有重要意义。但目前在教师的准入机制、组织架构、培训体系和晋升通道等方面仍存在不足。应加强职业指导教师专业化建设,整合政府部门、职业院校、行业企业及教师本人四方力量,协同推进,构建产教融合背景下职业指导教师队伍服务职业教育改革发展的路径。The professional development of vocational guidance teachers is of great significance for shap⁃ing college students'professional quality,realizing the high-quality development of vocational education,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of social economy.But at present,there are still some deficien⁃cies in the access mechanism,organizational structure,training system and promotion channel of teachers.We should strengthen the professional construction of vocational guidance teachers,integrate the four forces of government departments,vocational colleges,industry enterprises and teachers themselves,and build a path for vocational guidance teachers to serve the reform and development of vocational education under the back⁃ground of the integration between industry and education。
