摘　　要：漳平水仙茶饼是漳平市“一市一品”优势特色产品。文章介绍了漳平水仙茶饼制作技术及品质特征,并针对目前制作过程中存在的问题提出相应改进措施,为漳平水仙茶饼产业化持续高质量发展提供参考。Shuixian brick tea is a characteristic product processed in Zhangping city.To provide a reference for the sustainable and efficient development of tea industry in Zhangping,the production technique and quality characteristics of Zhangping Shuixian brick tea were briefly reported,which would provided some measures for the extant problems.
