摘 要:随着日本社会和产业结构转型的加速,日本政府力求在信息化、全球化的急剧变化中推进能够培养出未来创造者所必需资质和能力的学校教育。日本自1948年颁布《保育要领》,提及应重视幼儿园和小学的衔接开始,积极颁布相关法规政策,为幼小衔接发展提供根本保证,取得了一定的成效,但也面临着“小学化”“课程衔接不顺畅”等问题。日本文部省2017年颁布的《幼儿园教育要领》新增幼小衔接相关政策,其内容实现了从概括化到具体化的转变,呈现出发展新态势。With the continuous transformation of Japanese society and industrial structure,the Japanese government strives to promote the school education that can cultivate the necessary qualifications and abilities for future creators in the rapid social changes such as informatization and globalization.In 1948,Japan issued the“Guidelines for Care”,which mentioned that attention should be paid to the connection between kindergarten and primary school,and actively promulgated relevant laws and policies to provide a fundamental guarantee for the development of the connection between kindergarten and primary school.While achieving certain results,it is faced with such problems as“primary school”and“unsmooth connection of curriculum”.Therefore,Japan's 2017 edition of“Keys to Kindergarten Education”focuses on adding related policies related to the connection between kindergarten and primary school,and its content realizes the transformation from generalization to concretization,showing a new trend of development.
