摘  要:随着高职院校治理体系的不断完善、治理能力的不断提升,院系两级管理应运而生。该文在明确"三全育人"具体内涵的基础上,分析了当前教学系"三全育人"工作存在的主要问题,并提出了做好"三全育人"工作的相应策略。In the new era,with the continuous progress of the modernization of governance system and governance ability in higher vocational colleges,the two-level management of colleges and departments came into being.Under the background,on the basis of clarifying the specific connotation of"three-dimensional education",this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current"three-dimensional education"work of teaching departments,and puts forward the corresponding strategies for the realization of"three-dimensional education".
