摘 要:强化师资队伍建设是高职院校推进"双高计划"建设的关键一环,也是培养复合型技术技能人才的基本保障。该文介绍了"双高计划"院校培养"三师型"教师队伍的意义及现状,详细阐述了建设"三师型"教学团队的方法,希望能为高职院校师资队伍建设提供新的思路和方法。具体来说,"三师型"教学团队的建设方法包括:开展"入企实践—回校提升—理实互促—践行应用"培养工程,提升教师的执教能力;创建"校企共育,协作共赢"模式,打造具备工程师素质的教师团队;创建"自研—互评—广用"的工作模式,培养具备培训师素质的教师队伍。Strengthening teaching staff construction is a key link in the promotion of"double high-level"construction in higher vocational colleges,and it is also the basic guarantee for cultivating compound technical and skilled talents.This paper introduces the significance and status quo of the training of teachers with"three qualifications"in"double high-level"colleges,and elaborates on the methods of building a teaching team with"three qualifications",such as carrying out the training project of"enterprise practice—promotion at school—mutual promotion of theory and practice—practice and application"to improve the teaching ability of teachers,establishing the"school-enterprise co-education,collaboration and winwin"model to create a team of teachers with the quality of engineers,and establishing a"self-research—mutual evaluation—wide application"working model to cultivate a team of teachers with the quality of trainers.It is hoped to provide new ideas and methods for the construction of teaching teams in higher vocational colleges.
