中医药高职高专院校中药化学课程思政元素的引入与融合初探

摘　　要：思想政治教育在培养中医药人才中起着重要作用。中药化学课程教师应秉承"以人为本,以德立教"的教育理念,设立学科教育和德育教育的双重目标,充分挖掘课程思政资源,融入中医药文化和工匠精神等思政元素,积极开展中药化学课程思政教育,力争实现"知识传授"和"价值引领"的有机统一。同时须充分发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用,根据高职高专院校的人才培养目标,因材施教,将品德教育工作落于实处,实现全程育人、全方位育人。Ideological and political education plays an important role in training talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Teachers for chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine should adhere to the"people-oriented and ethics-based"education idea,set up the dual goals of academic education and moral education,fully tap course-based ideological and political resources,integrate some ideological and political elements such as the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and craftsmanship,actively carry out the course-based ideological and political education of chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to realize the organic unity of"knowledge teaching"and"value guidance".It is helpful for teachers to give full play to the role of the classroom as the main channel,to teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to the talent training objectives of higher vocational colleges,to put the moral education work into practice,and to realize the whole-process and all-round education.
