摘　　要：针对机电一体化技术专业存在人才培养模式不新、课程体系改革滞后、证书体系不清、校企合作不深入等问题,提出了“213”人才培养模式,优化课程体系,完善“1+X”证书体系,深化校企合作等措施,全面系统强化专业建设,提高人才培养质量,满足新时代制造业转型发展对技艺精湛、高素质技术技能复合型人才的需求。In view of the problems existing in the major of mechatronics technology,such as the lack of new talent training mode,the lag of curriculum system reform,the unclear certificate system,and the lack of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward the measures of'213'talent training mode,optimizing the curriculum system,perfecting the"1+X"certificate system,deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,so as to comprehensively and systematically strengthen the specialty construction,improve the quality of talent training,and meet the needs of the transformation and development of manufacturing industry in the new era for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
